The context
La Boîte Immo builds the software real-estate professionals run on: agency websites, a CRM, business tools. Hektor, whose mobile app I lead, is their day-to-day field tool.
I own Hektor's mobile application end-to-end: the Capacitor / Angular interface, the native iOS and Android features, and the GraphQL / REST APIs and Symfony services behind them. I take on complex business problems and early proofs of concept, and carry them through to production.

From POC to product, solo
The new and the uncertain reach me first: I rough it out alone, POC in hand, to clear the unknowns — then carry the build all the way to a shipped product the team can extend.

Mobile architecture
A sizeable Angular codebase that I moved from legacy foundations to an atomic architecture — fast, readable and tested, with reactive state and a clean Capacitor boundary.
Native capabilities
Real native features on both platforms: Live Activities on iOS, ongoing notifications on Android, widgets and push notifications.
Back-end & APIs
The typed contract between the application and the multi-tenant Symfony back-end — GraphQL and REST, server-side push, and a codebase that spans legacy PHP 7.4 / Symfony 5.4 through to current PHP 8.4 and Symfony 7.4.
Cloud, delivery & tooling
Where the product runs, ships and is monitored — cloud infrastructure, continuous delivery, over-the-air releases and the tooling I work with day to day.
It started as a proof of concept I built alone: voice calling inside the Hektor mobile app. Calls ring and are answered in the app, like on WhatsApp — but the call becomes an extension of the CRM, which identifies the caller, brings up their record, then triggers recording, transcription and AI-driven CRM actions. Behind it, a dedicated multi-tenant service — Twilio, number provisioning, regulatory compliance, real-time voice with an AI fallback — separate from the CRM and connected through a well-defined API.
